Processing & Handling

Each lamp is carefully inspected, prepared, and packaged by our team.

  • In-stock designs: Dispatched within 7–10 business days.

  • Bespoke or made-to-order creations: Please allow additional time, as these pieces are meticulously crafted to perfection.

Delivery Services

Domestic Shipping (within Singapore):

  • Standard Service: 7–10 business days

  • Express Service: 3–5 business days
    Rates are calculated at checkout and include full insurance for your peace of mind.

International Shipping:

  • Estimated delivery: 10–21 business days, depending on destination.

  • Fully tracked and insured throughout the journey.

  • Duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.

Presentation & Protection

Your lamp will arrive in our signature protective packaging, designed to preserve its beauty in transit. Wherever possible, we use sustainable materials that reflect our commitment to both luxury and responsibility.

Order Tracking

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a personal notification with a tracking link, allowing you to follow its journey from our atelier to your home.

Special Care in Transit

  • Large or delicate designs are shipped with white-glove carriers whenever possible.

  • For oversized or custom lamps, our concierge team will coordinate the most suitable delivery arrangement with you directly.

Loss or Damage

In the rare event that your order is delayed, misplaced, or arrives in anything less than perfect condition, please contact hello@lumastudio.sg within 48 hours of receipt. Our team will promptly arrange for a replacement or appropriate resolution.
