Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Luma Studio, each lamp is a work of art — designed to inspire, crafted to last. We want you to feel complete confidence in your purchase. If, for any reason, your piece does not meet your expectations, our returns and exchanges process is designed to be seamless, respectful, and reassuring.


Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns and exchanges for unused lamps in their original condition and packaging within 10 days of delivery.

  • Bespoke, personalised, or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable, except in the rare case of a manufacturing fault.

  • All returns must include proof of purchase.


How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our Client Care team at hello@lumastudio.sg within 10 days of delivery.

  2. Our team will provide you with return authorization and detailed instructions.

  3. Securely package the lamp in its original protective materials to prevent damage in transit.


Condition Requirements

  • Lamps must be free from signs of installation, wear, or alteration.

  • All included accessories, cables, bulbs, and documentation must be returned.

  • Items received in non-original condition may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for a refund.


Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10–20 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your lamp for another design, our team will arrange the swap and guide you through the process. Any price differences will be adjusted accordingly.


Damaged or Defective Items

We take extraordinary care in ensuring each lamp is perfect before it leaves our atelier. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or faulty:

  • Contact us at hello@lumastudio.sg within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of the issue and packaging.

  • We will arrange a replacement or provide an alternative solution that meets your satisfaction.


International Returns

For clients outside Singapore, return shipping fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the sender, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
