How long will my lamp last?
Our lamps are investment pieces designed for decades of use. The premium eco-friendly materials we use are highly durable and UV-resistant, while our precision manufacturing ensures consistent performance. 
How do I care for my lamp?
Our materials are designed for easy maintenance. Simply dust regularly with a soft cloth and use mild soap and water for deeper cleaning when needed. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. 

Ordering & Customization

Do you offer custom designs?
Yes, we specialize in bespoke commissions. Our design team can create exclusive pieces tailored to your specific requirements, space, and aesthetic preferences. Custom projects typically take 4-6 weeks depending on complexity.
How long does delivery take?
Since we manufacture locally in Singapore, standard delivery is typically 7-14 business days within Singapore, and 2-4 weeks for international orders. Custom pieces require additional design and production time.
Can I see samples of materials or finishes?
We offer material samples for larger orders or custom commissions. Contact our design consultation team to arrange sample viewing.

Pricing & Investment

Do you offer trade pricing for professionals?
Yes, we have a comprehensive trade program for interior designers, architects, and other design professionals. This includes special pricing, project support, sample programs, and priority service.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, and can arrange payment plans for larger orders or custom commissions. All transactions are processed securely with full buyer protection.

Shipping & Installation

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide with secure packaging and full insurance. International customers are responsible for any applicable duties or taxes. We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure safe delivery.
What if my lamp arrives damaged?
All shipments are fully insured and carefully packaged. In the rare event of shipping damage, we provide immediate replacement at no cost to you. Simply contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of any damage.

Technical Information

What types of bulbs do your lamps use?
Most of our designs use standard LED bulbs (E27). We include recommended bulb specifications with each lamp and can suggest specific LED types for optimal performance and ambiance.
Are your lamps suitable for dimming?
Many of our designs are compatible with dimmer switches when used with appropriate dimmable LED bulbs.

After-Sales Support

What if I'm not satisfied with my purchase?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely delighted with your piece, we'll arrange return and full refund. Custom pieces are excluded from returns unless there are quality issues.
